Implementation

Implementation starts at $500.

Every Atlas account includes a controlled setup process so properties, users, workflows, and operational information are organized correctly from the beginning.

What determines implementation cost?

Property count

Number and complexity of locations being configured.

Data volume

Amount and condition of existing records being added.

Migration and configuration

Imports, workflow setup, permissions, and data mapping.

Integrations and training

Connected systems, specialized reporting, and user preparation.

Additional Capacity

Expand Atlas as your operation grows.

Add capacity without immediately rebuilding your entire subscription.

Additional Properties

$49/property/month

Add individual properties beyond your plan's included allowance.

Additional Client Users

$35/month

Adds capacity for up to 5 additional client users.

Client Admins and Client Users count toward plan allowances. Requester-only and vendor users are handled separately.

Optional Add-Ons

Add focused capabilities when needed.

Add-ons are limited intentionally so Atlas remains easy to understand and purchase.

Preventive Maintenance

+$49/month

Recurring maintenance schedules and preventive-work visibility.

Assets & Equipment

+$49/month

Asset records, service history, and equipment documentation.

Inspections & Readiness

+$49/month

Operational checklists, condition records, and action tracking.

Vendor Compliance

+$59/month

Insurance, tax, license, and compliance-document tracking.

Advanced Reporting

+$79/month

Expanded portfolio and operating reports beyond standard dashboards.

Integrations & Migration

Custom

Data exchange, mapping, configuration, and connected-platform support.

Add-ons are available only when the corresponding Atlas capability is released and approved for client use.

Existing Software

Keep the systems you still need.

Atlas is designed to become the operational facilities layer—not force clients to replace accounting, leasing, rent, or building-control systems that still serve an important purpose.

Atlas begins with structured CSV and Excel import and export capabilities. Direct API integrations can be added according to client demand, platform availability, and implementation scope.

The goal is simple:

Eliminate unnecessary duplicate entry.

Property, vendor, work-order, invoice, and cost information should move between Atlas and approved client systems through a controlled process.

Founding 30 Terms

Preferred pricing for early partners.

24-Month Price Lock

Your accepted subscription price is locked for 24 months while the account remains active and in good standing.

Annual Billing

Founding clients may receive one additional month free when paying annually.

Protected Scope

The price lock applies to the accepted tier and included allowance—not unlimited future locations, users, services, or integrations.

Registration does not create pricing entitlement. Founding 30 pricing applies only after formal acceptance and paid activation.
